Ingredients
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 1/2 cup butter (I prefer Challenge Butter)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 16 oz tomato sauce
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp dry mustard
Servings: cups
Instructions
- Sauté onion in butter until translucent. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Baste with sauce after the ribs have browned and cooked; over a low fire so the sauce won’t burn. Turn and baste until saucy and delicious!!
Recipe Notes
This recipe makes enough sauce for 3 racks of Pork Baby Back Ribs.
