Finger Lickin’ Rib Sauce
You are going to have to pass around plenty of napkins for these saucy ribs (finger licking accepted)! This is a recipe I created many, many years ago…it’s been a keeper!!

  1. Sauté onion in butter until translucent. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a simmer. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Baste with sauce after the ribs have browned and cooked; over a low fire so the sauce won’t burn. Turn and baste until saucy and delicious!!
