Instructions
  1. Grease a 9 x 13 inch Pyrex pan with butter.
  2. Place croutons in greased pan. Layer with ham, onions, pepper and cheese.
  3. Mix together eggs, mustard and milk; pour over casserole.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Remove casserole from refrigerator one hour before cooking (you need to bring it to room temp.)
  6. Bake at 325º, uncovered, for 1 hour or until eggs are cooked through.
  7. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
  8. ENJOY!!
