Ingredients
- 1 loaf Sourdough French bread
- 8 oz pepper jack cheese grated
- 5 oz dry coppa
- 5 oz prosciutto
- 5 oz black pepper coated salami
- 3 cups baby arugula
- 1 TBSP olive oil extra virgin (EVOO)
- 1 TBSP Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp garlic crushed
Servings: people
Instructions
- Slice loaf lengthwise down the center. Sprinkle each side evenly with grated cheese.
- Put under the broiler until cheese is melted and starting to turn golden.
- Layer meats on bottom half of loaf, starting with coppa, prosciutto and then salami.
- Mix together olive oil, vinegar and garlic. Toss with arugula. Pile on top of meat.
- Top with loaf top. Slice and serve immediately.
