Slice off top 1/3 lengthwise of baguette. Tear out bread in bottom half, leaving a half inch shell. Save torn bread pieces for another use. Set aside.
Heat oven to 400’. Line a large baking sheet with foil. Coat bacon pieces with SAUCY MAMA Honey Barbeque Wing Sauce. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes until deep dark brown. Remove bacon to paper towel lined dish. Set aside until assembly.
In a small mixing bowl blend together shredded cheddar cheese, SAUCY MAMA Creamy Horseradish, minced celery leaves, and mayonnaise. Spread 1/2 cup of this mixture into bottom of hollowed out baguette. Spread the other 1/2 cup onto the bottom side of the top piece of baguette. Set aside.
Mix together ground turkey, SAUCY MAMA White Balsamic & Honey Dressing, and salt. Put this mixture on top of cheddar-horseradish filling in baguette bottom. Fold a double piece of heavy duty foil to cover the bottom and just to the edges of turkey filled baguette. Bake in 400’ oven for 25 minutes; until cooked through. Set aside.
Adjust oven to broiler. Broil top of baguette, cheddar-horseradish side up, until bubbly and lightly browned.
Assembly: Layer turkey filled baguette with honey bbq bacon, tomato slices, and toasted baguette top (cheese side down). Slice and serve.
