Dissolve the Jell-O in your boiling water, then stir in remaining ingredients.
At this point, you have 2 options:
You can put the contents into a 9″ x 13″ Pyrex™ pan and refrigerate until set.
For special occasions, I like to serve in martini glasses that I have rubbed the rims with fresh lemon. I then dip them into chopped parsley before filling them with mixture (refer to image). Refigerate until set.
