Preheat oven to 400’. Cut each bread slice into 4 equal pieces, cutting from top to bottom. Place sticks on a wire rack and bake for 15 minutes turning over half way through baking time.
While sticks are baking; in a small bowl mix together Swerve and cinnamon.
Generously coat the baked sticks with cinnamon mixture. Return to the oven for 3 minutes.
NOTE: My ‘Keto-Churro-Sticks’ have the best texture when they are freshly made, they are crisp on the outside while still moist on the inside.
